Radio Reading Service
Introduction
The Utah State Library Radio Reading Service is a program of the Utah State Library for the Blind and Disabled, and is available at no charge to patrons registered to receive library service. Programs broadcast via the service are produced at the Utah State Library with the help of dedicated volunteer readers. The service provides audio access to print information including local daily newspapers, popular magazine articles and local interest materials unavailable from other sources. The broadcast airs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is available to patrons living along the Wasatch Front (from Ogden to Nephi) and in the Cedar City/St. George area via a specially tuned radio receiver loaned from the library.
