Utah 2009 - Art Beyond Bounds Exhibit

Utah 2009: Art Beyond Bounds
Sponsored by the Utah State Library, Utah Arts Council and Utah State History, this exhibit will be shown at the Mezzanine at the Rio Gallery in the Rio Grande Depot from October 16, 2009 – January 4, 2010.

The Mezzanine at the Rio Gallery
Located at 300 South Rio Grande Street in the Historic Rio Grande Depot, Salt Lake City, the gallery is open Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Opening Reception: October 16, 2009,  6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Open to all artists and the general public.

Pick up Entries: January 4-6, 2010,  8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Artists must pick up their artwork from the exhibition, January 4 to 6, 2010, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. at the Rio Gallery. The Utah State Library, Utah Arts Council and Utah State History are not responsible for any artwork not picked up by these dates unless prior approval has been granted.

LIABILITY:
The Utah State Library, Utah Arts Council and Utah State History will insure all entries through the length of the exhibit for the "fair market value" of a work of art, not necessarily the sales price of the piece. The "fair market price" is subject to an appraisal by a professional appraiser or art consultant.

SALES:
Works sold may not be removed until the exhibition closes. Sales may be handled directly by the artist. Works not for sale must clearly be marked not for sale on the entry form. You must indicate an insurance value even if the work is not for sale. The Utah State Library, The Utah Arts Council, Utah State History take no commission on sales.
